Pool Rules
Any use of this property or equipment is at your own risk.
The Association's Board of Directors urges all owners/residents to comply with all applicable city/county regulations and the United States Center for Disease Control's recommendations on protecting yourself and your family.
POOL RULES
1. Only members or residents will be allowed to use the pool.
2. Members are responsible for enforcement of these rules and the cleanliness of the pool area enclosure.
3. No one under the age of 14 (fourteen) years of age is permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult 18 (eighteen) years old or older
4. No diving allowed.
5. No alcoholic beverages allowed.
6. No glass or gum allowed.
7. No bikes, skates, or skateboards allowed within the pool area.
8. No pets allowed.
9. Wading areas are reserved for small children.
10. Sun bathers are to shower before entering the pool.
11. Running, boisterous or rough play, and loud or excessive noise are not allowed.
12. Food is only permitted at the tables.
13. All disposable food, wrappers, drink containers, and trash of any kind is to be placed in trash containers.
14. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
15. There is no lifeguard on duty and anyone entering into the pool area does so at their own risk. The Association is not responsible for any personal property or any damages while enjoying the Association’s common property.
16. Any violation of these rules could result in loss of pool privileges.
17. Pool is open Tuesday – Sunday (Closed Monday for service).
Due to the lack of supervision and liability insurance specifications, we insist you follow these rules. This will help make the pool more pleasant and safe for Timbergreen residents and guests.
THERE WILL BE NO TOLERANCE OF MISCONDUCT OR FACE EVICTION FROM THE POOL FOR THE SUMMER.
