The pool will be open for the 2024 season May 1st through September 30, 2024.
The pool is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and closed on Mondays for cleaning/maintenance.
If you need a pool card, you must complete and submit an indemnity form to CKM Property Management.

It is illegal to operate an unregistered motor vehicle on state and county roads in Texas. The streets in Timbergreen are owned and maintained by Montgomery County. Motor vehicles such as some scooters, ATVs, mini bikes, and golf carts are not street legal (do not meet the criteria to be registered), and cannot be legally operated on subdivision streets. Driving these types of motor vehicles in the subdivision also violates deed restrictions. It is also unlawful for unlicensed drivers to operate any type of motor vehicle on state or county roads. A valid Texas divers license is required to operate a motor vehicle on the road.

If your pet is not properly restrained (on a leash or other restraint described in the ordinance) when not on your property, you are in violation. Please adhere to the leash law. Below is a summary of the current ordinance. The entire ordinance can be viewed by clicking here. MONTGOMERY COUNTY RABIES CONTROL AND ANIMAL RESTRAINT ORDINANCE SECTION II. DEFINITIONSSubsection M. "Restraint" means the control of an animal under any of the following circumstances: a. When it is controlled by a lead, line or leash that is secured to a secure object or held by a person who is capable of controlling and governing the animal in question; b. When it is within a fully enclosed vehicle; c. When it is on the premises of the owner and/or custodian; d. When it is restrained securely within an enclosure or fence; or e. When it is under the physical control of the owner or custodian. SECTION IV. RESTRAINT AND IMPOUNDMENTSubsection A. All dogs and cats shall be kept under restraint, as defined in Section II., Subsection M. above.
